How do I use or take care of my products?

We encourage you to visit the manufacturer websites or visit our “Special Care Instructions” page for more information. 

Do you offer shipping or delivery?

Yes, we offer shipping which is calculated at time of checkout.  We use Canada Posts options to provide the best rates possible.

How much leeway time is required to create a gift?

In general, please provide as much notice as possible for custom or large orders, minimum of 2 weeks.  Our core boxes as available on the website, can be made available within 3 business days. 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes!  Everything except the ribbons are recyclable, however they are reusable and we encourage you to do so. Use the ribbons as a hair tie or a decorative addition to items like a vase or handbag.

Our eco-friendly boxes have minimal packaging, use post-consumer recycled products, and a higher percentage of recyclable materials.  The contents are also eco-friendly and made of natural ingredients.

We encourage you to reuse your quality box for other gifts, or storage at home.  Send us pictures on social media of how you’ve creatively repurposed your boxes! #giftofthepresent   

Are your boxes safe to ship?

Yes, most boxes are suitable to ship and are packed to protect the contents. Please be aware that some boxes are quite heavy, and that may increase your shipping fees. If local delivery is selected, then it remains a flat rate, regardless of size or weight.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate special requests if we are made aware of the allergy or intolerance.

Do you offer vegan products?

Yes, we do. Several of the businesses we work with offer vegan products. Please let us know if this is important to you and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is your Refund/Return Policy?

All orders are considered to be final sale and non-refundable. If your gift isn’t right, or has a defective item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the gift so that we can make it right.
