Substitutions
We are delighted to work with many small businesses, local artists and craftsmen. As such, availability of products can vary from time to time. If we need to make a substitution, we will ensure the replacement product is the same or greater value than the original.
We will do our best to honour any requests to substitute products, however timelines and product availability can affect these requests. If you have a special request, please provide as much time as possible to find the perfect gift.
Alcohol
We are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to deliver alcohol. Our gift boxes may contain alcohol, but must be picked up or delivered from a member of our team to a recipient who is at least 19 years of age. A valid ID may be required at time of delivery. Deliveries will not be made to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
If you are requesting alcohol which is not available from the LCBO or The Beer Store, please provide a minimum of two weeks notice for your order and we cannot guarantee availability.
